Hi Steve,,the interior of my 54 bed is ---78 1/8 from front bed panel to tailgate.
50 1/4 side to side.
17 3/4 deep. All these measurements are with a Carpenters tape. Yours may vary.
I put polished diamond plate in my bed,it was cheaper than the wood kits and will last forever.
