The short box has an aft stand-off that goes THROUGH the fender. The forward stand-off is the same as on the picture that Red58 posted.
On my mount, the forward-most connection on the top of the bed rail is 9-1/2" from the front of the bed stake pocket. The forward angle is approximately 9" from the front of the bed stake pocket. The triangular mounting face (that has the studs attached to it) is 13" from the bottom of the tire cut-out, when measured in a vertical line from the bottom edge of the mounting face.
