Ok, sorry but as I'm preparing the head and block for paint , I can not figure out what goes in this. A 3836848 Head. On spark plugs side between cylinder 3 & 4 at top. What goes there and what is it used for? Plugged or? I am lost . Threaded through into the head. Thank you in advance.
