A 3836848 Head. On spark plugs side between cylinder 3 & 4 at top. What goes there and what is it used for? Plugged or? I am lost . Threaded through into the head. Thank you in advance.

I guess the machine shop removed it and never gave it to me in the box of parts, old valves ect.
