Are you missing the pieces or just want to replace? Ordinarily, the brass fitting and the hollow bolt (called a banjo bolt) can be reused. What you call brass washers are copper and it is best to replace these (you can heat these to anneal so they are soft again to allow a good seal). I think a NAPA store or other auto parts store would have these. You would have to be sure the flare fitting on the brass block will be the correct size for your brake line. If you don't have the original parts, take the master cylinder and know what size your brake line is and go to the store to be sure you have a match.
