As 3B mentioned, the shifter with the lever is for the main transmission. The little lever is the reverse lock out. You lift the lever to put it into reverse--to the left and down (toward the seat).
I can't speak to all those other shifters. Presumably one is for the two speed axle, but that's just a guess.
