Hy DuramaxDylan, welcome, it is not necessary to post your questions more than once, it can be annoying. It may take a while for the person with definite knowledge to read your question, if that person exists and is on this forum. If you are sure the bolt pattern is the same, then I would take the time to swap the wheels over and check for clearance issues. Years ago I built a 1952 Chevrolet 1430, the wheels we found that would clear the tie rods were designed for F@#d Econoline 250, the back space on most new wheels is just too deep to clear the tie rod unless you go larger in diameter, hope that helps.
