Hey everyone, I have a 1952 GMC 9430 single rear wheel 1 ton, the tires on the current 2 piece rims are pretty well new still so they should last me quite a while but I have the factory 6.5" wide rims off my old 2006 duramax and was wondering if I would be able to run them on the '52 as no one around me will work on 2 piece rims anymore. They are 8 on 6.5" so the pattern should work but I have heard of guys having clearance issues on the front steering components with wider rims? Can anyone shed some light on the situation for me?
