I doubt the pivot or stud is available separately. You'll probably need to find a donor frame for the complete saddle. I replaced a lot of these in the 70's and early 80's when trucks had vent windows and drivers ran the CB Coax through the vent, I can't remember for sure, but I think they may be different between left and right.
