While the deep fryer is going, has anyone ever tried something called "Lumpia"? It's the Filipino version of an egg roll- - - - - -ground pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped onion, and garlic, wrapped up in an eggroll pastry and deep fried. Good stuff! I can bring the fixin's already prepared, and roll up the finger food sized goodies ready for the fryer in just a few minutes. I like mine dipped in oriental hot chili sauce.
