Thanks Carl, Its not a problem. I decided to go with some paint stripper on the hard to sand area's. Then make sure its cleaned off completely. Its been raining a lot here and can't roll it outside to blast it, so been doing it the slow way.
I'm using 2K epoxy primer sealer to keep the rust at bay until I can fill and paint it. A few dings and dents to remove before that though.
