I like to use star washers with the serrations on the inside- - - -less likelihood of getting an oil leak onto the clutch since the flywheel bolt holes go all the way through the crankshaft flange and bypass the rear oil seal. Blue Loctite is also a good idea, since it seals the thread as well as keeping the bolts tight. A properly torqued bolt doesn't need a lock washer in the first place, and one that's not torqued correctly will loosen up no matter what kind of lock washer or tab is used.
