Actually orange peel comes from the way that the material is applied,not the material make up or type of paint.granted some spray better than others but lets get to the point.usally peel is achieved from being to far away from the panel or to high of air presure ,or a little of both.if it is drying to fast try a slower reducer and hardner this will give you a longer window and it will flow out some more for a smoother look.
