The issue is that I am using a Mac computer which I am having a bear of a time trying to resize the JPG to below 300KB. I have it reduced to below 200 according to the preview screen and yet I can't edit the picture in giving me the size limit fault. Any suggestions? There's probably an APP for resizing pictures.
I much rather prefer Windows based PC's for this and other reasons.

I feel your pain, I use Android and there is no easy way to resize a pic, I have to download an app. I think even the lowest setting on my tablet is still too large and I don't see a way to do it on my phone.
Windows on a pc was soooo easy to resize pictures.
