Thats a major nightmare in the making!!
The next step is to surface clean that crap off. You will need a heavy duty cleaner like PPG's dx440. Apply cleaner too rag(a clean rag) and wipe the surface. Continue wiping the surface clean til the rag shows no sign of oil/dirt. This will require many rags.
Then take a water bourne cleaner like PPG's dx103 and repeat the process.
Once the surface is spotless, remove the filler, then repeat the cleaning process. If you do NOT remove the oil first and just grind that mud away you will do nothing but grind that oil right into the metal. You do that you will have a BIG problem.
Clean the metal first then remove the mud then clean again.
You fail to do this you are asking for HUGE paint problems, fisheyes would be the least of it...Eric
