Thank you for responding to my question (and to everyone else as well!)
So if I read your reply correctly, I can apply this product to the metal surface that contains the rust pits even though I have already sandblasted and ground on it? What should I do to remove the particulates that are already present in the pits? High Pressure air?
Once it is cleaned off, apply this product and then epoxy prime it and then skim coat it?
