I dunno, guess its different for different folks-but if I get near galvanized being welded, I get sick, just can't take the fumes. I have worked in shops so thick w/diesel/gas engine smoke that you couldn't see across the shop, changed hundreds of brakes & clutches, & sprayed paint w/cheap respirators, nothing bothers me like galvanized fumes.
