I've got my '46 Panel almost done. Now I'm lost with this goofy hood cowl windlace/weatherstrip. I got it from Amer. Classic and I've checked others and they are all the same part. But I just don't understand how this is supposed to be applied. I've got four pieces of weatherstrip, two long(48") and two short(10")and the clips/screws. I see the groove and screw holes across the top and down the side of the cowl. But when I place the strip there it is clearly higher than the body line. And I have no idea at all of where the two 10" pieces goes. I've checked everywhere I can find and can not find a good drawing or pic to show me. Can somebody help me out with this mess.
