here is what I had to do after many phone calls and a couple trips to local dmv . need a bill of sale , hand writin affidavit wrote in first person . what you purchased tear make model date purchased and how much . free and clear from sellers name and address you also want to list car id , color , milage . affidavit must be signed and norterized by you and seller. go to local dmv get form for visual insp. notary or officer can do. this is what I had to do got title yesterday. if you are in tampa/st. pete area try this local state dmv 813-612-7110 hope this helps
