kenny I would not take the frame apart if it is in good condition IE no loose rivits or bad cross members rails so forth. Remove all nuts and bolts, sand blast and paint. that frame was made in a factory with tons of pressure putting those rivits into the frame cross members on a jig. If you take it all apart you gotta rivit all that stuff back together. that means from front to rear of the frame it has to be square and true. If you want a perfect frame. primer, filler, and primer and then top coat. lotta sanding inbetween primer and filer and primer.
