keep tweaking - at the factory if they tried a door and it was off, they could just set it aside and try another, until one fit well enuff to be tuned in with the hinges ... the rejects would fit better on another truck down the line ... you can do a lot with hinge adjustments and a bit more slamming it on chunk of 2x4 hinge side or latch side
