You're very welcome Ed. My son has a '66 Chevy step side 1/2 ton. A buddy of mine gave my son some "block hugger" headers to use in the '66 and I made an "H" pipe to go with the headers. My son took a picture of the headers and H pipe before installing them. I think you'd be impressed how compact that header design is. If you give me an email address I'll send you the picture.

Before I restored my '36 Chevy PU I had a small block Chevy engine in it. I made my own headers and found that there was more than ample room to accommodate the "Tri-Y" Doug's Headers copies I made. I had a summer job in 1967 at Doug's welding the year before so copying Doug's product at home was easy. Fifty years later Doug's is still in business.
