The wheelbarrow approach to a problem can work- - - -"Roll a wheelbarrow full of parts up to the job, and swap stuff until it's fixed!"- - - -but there's a downside. With every part that's changed, there's a possibility of introducing a problem that didn't exist before. The more parts, the greater the chances of error. "New" doesn't necessarily mean "good".
