I had been looking for several years off and on for a nice Snap-on TQFR-250 used/new on ebay.
Occasional there are some nice ones, but usually not much cheaper than a brand new one, or by the time you pay shipping and have it calibrated a brand new one sounds better, less risk.
I ended up getting one off the truck when they were on sale about a year ago. I had also asked the driver to keep me in mind for a used trade in, nothing surfaced.
If I hadn't bought the snap-on, CDI was the next choice.
There are several types of torque wrench mechanisms or adjustments, I was only after the kind with little knob on the side of handle, not a beam pointer type or twist the whole handle for adjustment.
