Check out Ebay- - - - -lots of slightly used Snap-On wrenches there, and they can be checked for calibration and re-adjusted. The one I use on insurance claim investigations has to have a certified calibration once a year. It's a Snap-On that I bought used, with a hard case, for less than 1/3 of its new cost.
