As I understand it, the modern carb “dip” products are less effective than the old versions.
Any favorite concoctions for soaking a carb for rebuild?
I used lacquer thinner last time in a metal paint can. I’ve read some folks who like methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), but it sounds fairly nasty (probably why it works).
