So that is a pretty simple repair. The other end of that tube comes out under the side cover. Once it is installed it can't be removed without breaking it. Some of the vendors sell kits but I just buy the tubing and some fittings at the local hardware store. the fitting under the side cover has the line going through it and it is soldered. I just melt the solder and use the fitting over again. There are posts on this and also instructions in the shop manual. Good luck with that good old 216, I think they are great!
