The hyd clutch line should be updated as well while you are there. All is doable with engine out. The hardest to get at is the line that runs across the frame under the trans mount. You should have easy access to the lines. All brake kits and cylinders are at napa or other local retailer. You may have trouble getting the drums off. Youtube shadetree methods. It might take time and patience so plan that in. (Start the drum removal as soon as you get home.)
