| | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,271 Renaissance Man | | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,271 | If it is a '52 engine, it will have a copper pipe running through the block. Remove each end of the copper pipe, plug one end and put a Mity-vac on the other to see if it holds a vacuum.
You will need to remove the valve cover to remove one end from the rocker shaft fitting, and remove the other end from the oil distributor on the driver's side of the block.
