Don't know what kind of truck you have, but let's assume it is an AD, and let's also assume that a full leather interior means a pair of bucket seats and maybe a console. I just purchased the bucket seats that a fellow in phoenix buys out of Honda minivans that are being converted for use by disabled drivers. The pair fit perfectly in an AD cab, the consoles are also available but to use it, the driver seat is offset a couple inches left of the steering wheel, so I didn't get it. They are beautiful tan leather. I'll have to take out the pedestal and fab a mounting frame. The seats were $400. Reclining with arm rest and head rest. Check out you local swap meet.
