Tearing down the engine to put on a stand and found the clutch fork stuck on the throw out bearing. With a little persuation,I got it off and the bearing has two ~1/16" worn spots where the fork was pressing on it. The "nubs" on the fork are now "D" shaped (not round). There seemed to be enough travel to the fork that the clutch worked just fine. Do I need to find a new fork? No one seems to list them.

Also how thick is the minimum for a clutch disc?

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I'm not sure that you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!
