| | | | Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 784 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 784 | It's been a long time since I've done anything with my steering box so I had to go out and look. There is a "U" shaped saddle that is bolted to the frame with the steering box in between the saddle and the top of the frame rail.
Hope this will help. Maybe someone will chime in with a better explanation.
