So I'm hoping for the play to be between bushing and king pin, not between the bushing and spindle and not between the king pin and axle.
I read where someone was putting the truck on jack stands and using a pin smaller than the king pin and pressing that up on the kingpin with a jack enough to lift axle off jack stands about 1/4 inch. So he was using the trucks weight to remove king pin, makes sense to me. Anybody know of a more effective way? | | |
