Thank you Jerry. I appreciate your knowledge and my next step is finding a salvage yard near me and scouting out what they have. So you wouldnt suggest buying anything off the shelf then? Just try and find an OE from a early year chevy without the computer. Do I also need to use my coil or are these HEI have coils built into them. I have seen them both ways.
