Trying again here, I think the paint on my truck is original on all but the bed that I built. I am wanting to do a "Fautina Paint" on the bed. On the Hood, fenders, and doors black primer shows where the paint is worn thin, while the top of the cab appears to be red/brown primer. Wondering about the bedsides, rear fenders, and tailgate. Did GMC at the factory use different primer colors on some parts. See the pictures in this link
