Thank you Beltfed and David for your encouraging words and advice. I have known all along that the bright and shinny was not what I wanted and I'm not after the faux antique, faded, and rusted paint job either, although I do like the ingunity and craftsmanship that goes into it. I'm going to mess around with different applications on my doors to see what I like. It is amazing the pressure I am feeling to paint it "right". As you say, It's my ride. Thanks
