Hy Mike Cochran, welcome, as with many of the trucks some parts interchange some parts do not. Your truck probably has fourteen inch diameter rear brake drums, these drums have been extremely hard to find for quite a while. Many guys have chosen to replace the rear axle with a more modern one that has available brake parts, hope that helps.
