The front of the frame is slightly longer to fit in the long GMC motor, but the sheet metal will all bolt up to the cab ok. The only common sheet metal between GMC's and Chevies is the cab, doors, and bed. Fenders, grille, hood, tailgate are all differant. You will have to mess with the radiator mounts to get it all to fit.
