The BPS black is good stuff. It comes out glossy and is a breeze to work with.
The Valspar/BPS primer is not too bad either. Not as easy as the black paint, but be patient and it will turn out nice.
After using BPS/Valspar, I don't plan on using much rust-o-leum for the visible stuff.
