I remember the second time I went to Homecoming I decided to take Doughboy (pre overdrive). I never drove it more than 5 miles from home prior to that. I went to the store to pick up supplies before heading out on that Friday morning. As I was loading them into Doughboy, I was asking myself, "what are you doing?", as I was contemplating the 100+ mile trip, on the beltway and all, knowing I was only going to be able to go 35-40 mph, downhill!.

Then I remembered the words of Grigg, Sweet, and other bolters, "Trust your truck!". I jumped in and took off!
