After re reading everything, I see there is no problem reported. It runs, it does not ping. No bog, no misfire. Where's the beef? We are all talking how we time a motor and there is no reason to be discussing that. Bad on me. Let's put this whole thing in spoon. Wherever it runs the best is the best timing. Period. I say if it runs good, start messing with it until it doesn't.
