I have rebuilt lots of starters and alternators and a few electric motors in my time. Power ran directly to power terminal on motor and no movement or sound. This test was done by someone other that myself who knows what he's doing. Switch was tested and has a short but motor doesn't work even when switch is bypassed. Bartamos has some good suggestions. Anyone else want to chime in?
