| | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,272 Renaissance Man | | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,272 | You are sucking air from somewhere. If there is an obstruction in the gas tank or in the line before the fuel pump, a good fuel pump will suck air from a fitting which will not leak gas.
