Standard Chinese quality. 3 years is nothing to worry about. Quality: meaning diaphragm material not Ethanol compatible or just weak or it tears. Not much else can go wrong. Valve or spring maybe. Doubt if there is a filter. Should be a fuel filter before pump anyway.
