A split rim, technically, is one that is a 2 piece rim that separates in the center. What you have is a lock ring style rim. Tire shops won't touch a split rim, but they will mount lock ring rims as long as the condition of the rim is good. many won't trust either style, but solid rims are hard to come by, unless, of course, you can afford them!
