I am going to update the intruments on my 64. I have not been able to find any supplier with a plain steel instrument panel. I have found one that will sell me a non-polished aluminum panel. I want to paint it the same color of the truck body. Question is, will it hold paint ok, and if so would I need to do any prep work? Thanks, Scott.
