So, I pulled the top cover of the trans off and the reverse shift fork is rusted to the shaft... I've sprayed it with some kroil and hope it will unstick itself in a day or two.
Everything looks in pretty good shape, so I'm thinking one I get this fork moving again the trans will be in working order.
