Cheap out-of-round tires, 70 years of wheel abuse, and out-of-balance drums can make any vehicle bounce down the road. An off-vehicle tire balancing machine can't correct the problem.
See if you can find an old school alignment shop that can true tires (shave) ON THE VEHICLE, then spin balance ON THE VEHICLE. Very few shops still exist. Most of them specialize in big trucks.
