The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area The Electrical Bay Generator to alternator conversion

I have a 1959 chevy Apache 3100 that was converted to 12 volts and looking to replace the generator with an alternator. Does anyone know how the original wiring needs to be modified? What do I do with the wires (red, blue brown) going into the regulator? What do I do with the wires to the generator (blue and Brown)?
