Thanks for all the reply's. It seems KC is becoming the hub of Chevy truck parts. Good for me I guess since I live in a suburb of KC. Their phone number (not the 800) has a 940 area code, which is Texas. But their mailing address is KCMO. I ordered a few parts on line, so we'll see how that goes and where it comes from. I recall forum members got a 10% discount but could not see how to enter that on the order, which is why I was trying to call them. Hopefully we can solve the mystery.
